Shipping Policy

Shipping rate is calculated according to your address

Orders that are placed before 2pm on a weekday are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. You can track your order by viewing your order history in your account.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped next Monday.

We do not ship internationally.

We ship all albums and merchandises in corrugated boxes with protective bubble-wrap to ensure safe and sound delivery of your order. For smaller items, we use bubble mailers for smaller items such as keyring, platform albums, etc.

PO BOXES

Please note that UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes, and if your shipping address is a PO Box, we strongly recommend selecting USPS as the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY

To be able to track and view your online order history, you will need to sign-in to your account before or during checkout (instead of checking out as guest).

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Unboxing videos are required as a proof of item damage or missing content. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In-store and online inventory and availability may vary. If we do not carry an item online, we may have it available in-store, and other way around as well.

In-Store Pick Up Policy

ORDER PICK UP TIME

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Once ready for pickup, you will receive an order ready confirmation email at which point you can visit the store with your order info & photo ID to pick it up.

SAME DAY PICK UP AVAILABILITY

While we do our best to get your order ready as soon as possible, same day pick up is not guaranteed. Pickup orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days.

ORDER HOLD TIME

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will hold it for 14 days before canceling and refunding your order. If you need more time, you can always request via chat.
